Prime Merino from Katia, is the perfect yarn to create wintry projects. Discover its great variety of colours available.
This yarn is made of 100% virgin merino wool fibres, so you will obtain soft and comfortable garments.
Its thread is called “Fine DK” which indicates that is made of extra fine fibres.
Prime Merino is characterised by being light, fluffy and very soft.
Prime Merino composition:
- 100% virgin merino wool
Thanks to its composition of merino wool fibres and the Superwash treatment, you will obtain warm pieces for winter and you will be able to wash them easily.
Katia Prime Merino characteristics:
- Each ball has about 50 grammes and 120 metres.
- Recommended knitting needles and crochet hooks size: 3.5 – 4 mm.
- Tension square: 10×10 cm (4×4 inches) with 4 mm knitting needles, 19 stitches x 26 rows.
- Machine washable at 30ºC maximum.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Flat drying recommended.
- It can be ironed at a moderate temperature (110ºC).
To knit a long-sleeved pullover for women, size 42, you will need about 8 balls.
