Gründl Shetland

Gründl Shetland is a blend of acrylic and wool that offers volume and softness to the touch. With a 20% wool content, this yarn provides a warm and cosy feel, perfect for your autumn and winter projects.

Two strands of wicking yarn are interwoven to create a pearlescent texture that increases the yarn's durability, ensuring a robust and easy-care product. It is suitable to knit with the 7-8 mm knitting needles, which allows you to finish your projects quickly, with a reduced material consumption.

It is perfect to knit clothes for children and adults, like knitted caps, cosy scarves, oversize pulls or cardigans. It is also suitable for knitting blankets, cushions and other home accessories. The Nordic-inspired natural colours add a touch of elegance to any project.

Which are the features of Gründl Shetland?

• Each ball contains 100 grams and 170 metres.
• Thickness suitable for knitting with 7 - 8 mm needles.
• Mount 14 stitches and do 20 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
• Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified.
• Machine washing at up to 30ºC.
• Do not iron.
• Dry horizontally without hanging out.
