Katia Ensemble Knit

Katia presents its new project: Ensemble Kit. It is a 2-balls-pack of different weight (100 and 150 grams) that you can use to knit a hat and a collar with the same design. It is perfect to create a winter outfit. These balls are made of a mixture of acrylic fibres and wool, which makes a very soft, warm ball of yarn for winter.

You will be able to knit separately both accessories, but you will get at the end a perfect outfit for cold days. From outside, both balls present a different design, but when you knit them, you will discover that they are exactly the same: they have a marbled effect at the top and gradient tones at the bottom. Check out all possible colour combinations!

Ensemble Kit by Katia is made of:

• 55% Virgin wool.
• 45% Acrylic.

On the one hand, virgin wool provides excellent thermal properties, so that the hat and collar will be very warm and will keep your body temperature in the coldest days.

On the other hand, acrylic gives softness to the touch and comfort. It is the perfect combination for the whole family!

Which are the features of this kit?

• The ball of yarn for the hat weighs 100 grams, whereas the one for the collar weighs 150 grams.
• Mount 15 stitches and do 20 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square with 5.5 mm knitting needles.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with 5.5 mm or 6 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Machine wash up to 30ºC.
• Do not use bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Dry flat.
• Iron up to 110ºC.
