Katia Magic Diamonds

Katia Magic Diamonds is perfect for knitting clothes and accessories with the planned pooling technique. This knitting and crochet hook technique creates a rhombus design of different colours.

Magic Diamonds is a multicolour yarn that has been already made before you start knitting, in order to create a tartan pattern once knitted. It’s characterised by its perpendicular lines of different colours that creates squares or rhombus.

The planned pooling technique can be also combined with different solid colour yarns. So, Magic Diamonds becomes an original wool because you won’t need different yarns to obtain this pooling result.

Its strand is made of different threads that are twisted between them, creating a small quilted tubular thread.

Magic Diamonds is made of:

• 50% wool
• 42% acrylic
• 8% polyamide

Magic Diamonds is an easy-care fabric that can be washed and ironed. Its acrylic fibres make it a resistant and comfortable fabric to wear.

It is a warm and fluffy yarn, perfect for knitting autumn/winter clothes thanks to its wool fibres.

You should know that Magic Diamonds …   

• Each ball has 100 grams and 260 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 5 – 6 mm knitting needles.
• Mount 18 stitches and do 23 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square with the 5.5 knitting needles.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 30ºC.
• Do not use the dryer. We recommend you to dry it horizontally without hanging out.
• It can be ironed at a low temperature, up to 110ºC.
