Mondial Amor Lino

Mondial Amor Lino is a yarn made of alpaca and linen, two natural fibres that are spun to achieve a bouclé texture. The fibres have been brushed to improve their softness and to add more volume and texture to the yarn.

The alpaca fibres contribute with their warmth and softness, making the yarn especially cosy and pleasant to the touch. The linen adds a touch of freshness and liveliness, as this fibre forms small specks that are embedded in the yarn to form a tweed effect. This detail adds a distinctive touch to your projects.

It is available in a range of solid colours, which achieve the tweed effect thanks to the small linen specks.

Mondial Amor Lino is made of:

• 50% Baby Alpaca
• 30% Microfibre Polyamide
• 20% Linen

Which are the features of Mondial Amor Lino?

• Each ball contains 50 grams and 125 metres.
• Recommended thickness to knit with the 4,5 - 5,5 mm knitting needles.
• Mount 22 stitches and do 15 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge
• Machine washable at up to 30ºC.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron.
• Dry horizontally without hanging.

Amount of balls needed to:

• To knit a men jumper size M you will need about 10 - 11 balls.
• To knit a women jumper size M you will need about 8 - 9 balls.
• To knit a kid jumper size 10 years you will need 6 - 7 balls.
