Mondial Gap Prime

Mondial Gap Prime is a blend of merino virgin wool and acrylic microfiber available in 250-gram balls. Its 4-ply structure with a unique twist gives it a rounded texture, clean, and soft to the touch. Thanks to its double dyeing process, which uses specific dyes for each fiber, it offers uniform and long-lasting colors.

This warm and soft wool stands out for its easy care, being suitable for machine washing. It's ideal for knitting garments for the whole family, whether it's pullovers  for children, cardigans for adults, or unisex accessories. You can use it in a single color or combine several to create multicolored projects or work in Jacquard knit. Perfect for your elegant and practical creations!

Characteristics of Mondial Gap Prime:

• Each ball contains 250 grams and 625 meters.
• Appropriate thickness for knitting with needles from 3 to 4 mm.
• For a 10 x 10 cm sample, you need 23 stitches and 31 rows.
• Machine wash at a maximum of 30ºC.
• Iron at a low temperature.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Dry horizontally without hanging out.

How many balls do I need for my knitting projects?

• To knit a woman's sweater in size M, you need about 2 balls.
• To knit a man's sweater in size L, you need about 3 balls.
• To knit a child's sweater in size 10 years old, you need 1-2 skeins.
