Mondial Soave

Mondial Soave is a fluffy, soft, warm yarn that combines many different colours, creating a twisted effect. The yarns seem to have only solid colours, but they have a marbled original touch, providing a denim effect.

Mondial Soave has a wide range of colours that you can combine to create your own original projects.

Soave Lux collectionis very similar to Soave, but include metallised fibres that create an original bright, giving an elegant and sophisticated touch to your clothes.

Mondial Soave is made of:

• 65% Extrafine Merino Virgin Wool
• 25% baby alpaca
• 10% PC Microfibre

This yarn contains baby alpaca, a soft, fine fibre obtained from the first shearing of the animal.

The majority of its composition is made of merino virgin wool, making it more comfortable and nice to the skin.

You should know that Mondial Soave...

• Each ball has 50 grams and 240 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 4 – 5 mm knitting needles.
• Mount 20 stitches and do 25 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square with the 4 mm knitting needles.
• We recommend you to wash by hand.
• It can be ironed at a medium temperature, up to 110ºC.
• Do not use the dryer. We recommend you to dry it horizontally without hanging out.

Amount of balls needed to…

To knit a long sleeve sweater…

• Kids – size 10 years, you will need 150 – 200 gr = 3 - 4 balls approx.
• Adult – size 42, you will need 250 – 300 gr = 5 - 6 balls approx.
• Adult - size 48, you will need 350 – 400 gr = 7 - 8 balls.
