Treccia by Mondial is a yarn with an innovative shape. The braided yarn and its colours intertwined with each other give them a totally original and different shape.

Each skein has a gradient of 7 different colours that will give a special colour effect to your work. 

It is perfect for creating accessories such as handbags or shawls, but you can also make home decorations such as tablecloths, carpets and other colourful projects.

What is the composition of Mondial Treccia ?

• 80% recycled cotton
• 20% polyester microfiber

The recycled cotton achieves a soft and fresh texture, perfect for spring or summer.

Respect nature! The fibres are made with respect for the environment. 

They are produced in a sustainable way thanks to the recycling of fabric waste, where the fibres are joined together to be spun again to achieve an ecological fabric with all the characteristics and properties of traditional cotton. You'll love it !

What are the characteristics of Treccia?

• Each skein contains 250 grams and 225 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect for knitting with 4 to 5 mm crochet hooks.
• To make a 10 x 10 cm square sample, mount 18 stitches and do 16 rows.
• Machine wash at a maximum of 30ºC.
• Do not iron.
• Do not tumble dry.

How many balls do I need to make my project ?

• To knit a bag, you only need 1 skein.
