Regia Premium Silk Color is a fine, warm, nice yarn perfect for knitting autumn/winter clothes, such as socks, scarves, shawls, caps, sweaters, etc.
Silk Color and Regia Premium Silk have similar qualities. The only difference are the marble tones that will create a gradient shape.
You can combine Regia Silk Color with Regia Silk because they have the same thickness, composition and properties.
Its strand is made of 4 threads that are twisted between them, creating a resistant, comfortable and soft fabric.
To knit a pair of socks size 46, you will need 1 ball.
Regia is made of:
- 55% merino wool
- 25% polyamide
- 20% silk
Premium silk is made of different materials: silk makes it a softer, nice wool, while the merino wool makes it a warm and spongy fabric. The polyamide makes it a light and resistant fabric.
Premium Silk is a resistant and easy-care yarn, that can be washed, dried and ironed at a low temperature.
You should know that Silk Color…
- Each ball has 100 grams and 400 metres.
- Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 2 – 3 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
- Mount 30 stitches and do 42 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
- It can be washed in the washing machine up to 40ºC
- The dryer can be used.
- It can be ironed at a low temperature, up to 110ºC.
