Scheepjes Cahlista

Scheepjes Cahlista is a yarn made of 8 thin threads that are twisted between them, creating a single medium thick strand.

You can use this yarn at any time of year.

You can knit colourful shawls, summer or winter blouses, sweaters and many other original projects.

The collection has more than 30 colours available, so you can choose the most suitable shades for any project.

Scheepjes Cahlista is made of:

• 100% cotton double gauze

Cahlista is a 100% cotton yarn characterised by its double gauze treatment. This treatment only straightens the hair, in order to avoid any little furry hairs and bring it a bright touch to the colours.

It’s a soft, nice and easy work yarn.  

Its colours will be maintained for longer thanks to the exposure of the strand to a heat treatment that removes impurities.

You should know that Cahlista …      

• Each ball has 50 grams and 85 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 4.5 – 5 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 19 stitches and do 23 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 60ºC.
• It can be ironed at a medium temperature, 140 ºC. 
• You can use the dryer, but we recommend you to dry it horizontally without hanging out.
