Drops Alpaca by Garn Studio is an excellent quality 100% Superfine Alpaca yarn. It has not been chemically treated it has just been washed. That offers a high quality yarn and a better texture.
A three thin thread that makes the strand and offers a perfect finish and refined.
The yarn Alpaca by Drops is made by:

The thin hair of the alpaca fibre gives unique characteristics: a big thermal capacity that offers warm soft and resistant cloths.
The alpaca fibre is seven times warmer than other wool fibres. It protects perfectly from cold in winter and it give you warmth.
You should know that Drops Alpaca…
- Each ball has 50 grams and 167 metres.
- Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 2.5 -3.5 mm knitting needles.
- If you want to knit a 10 x 10 cm square, you have to mount 23 stitches and 30 laps.
- We recommend you to wash it hand wash at 30ºC.
- Dry it horizontally.
- You can make felt with this yarn.
This yarn is recommendable to knit pulls, ponchos, jackets, caps, scarfs… and it is also perfect to knit complements or cloths for kids, and also accessories for your house.
