Katia Canada

Canada by Katia yarns is a thick yarn recommended for winter to make shelter clothes like scarfs, gloves, jackets, blankets and more sewing pieces that you can use for a long time and you can knit in multitude of different colours, due to the big range of available colours.

It is a basic yarn that offers this brand, available in 40 different colours, you can choose the tone you like for make the sewing piece you want.

You will be able to combine them in different ways, doing all the weave in a plain colour or mixturing with Canada Plus, the same yarn but in speckled colours.

You should know that Katia Canada...

• Each ball has 100 grams and 75 metres.
• It is one of the thickness yarns of this brand, so  is recommendable to work with the 7 - 8 mm knitting needles.
• To knit a long sleeves pull size 42, you will need 7 balls.
• To make a 10 x 10 cm square, you should mount 8 stitches and do 12 laps.
• It is possible to wash it in the washing machine at 30ºC and with short spin-cycle.
• It can be ironed at 110ºC maximum.

The thickness of Canada is perfect to make warm clothes and complements to guard you from the cold with them in autumn and winter days.

Moreover, you can knit wonderful sewing pieces and wash them easily in your washing machine.

Acrylic fibre provide the yarn with resistance, this fibre does not require cares. It remains its shape and its easily washed. Its finish offers a light, soft and warm touch, with the similar texture to the wool. It has a large color stability, because of this, your clothes will remain the colour for a long time.
